Trade Terms & Conditions |
Payment Terms:Payment is required prior to goods being delivered or within 30 days of invoice, whichever is the soonest. (An invoice/certificate of shipment will be raised on despatch of the shipment) Services Included:Receiving at our warehouse, loading into first available groupage container, ocean freight & overseas terminal handling charges. Hand-Out:As above, plus informal customs clearance and handing over to client at our agents depot, (main ports only) To Residence:As above, plus delivery, unpacking (except for baggage shipments) setting up and removal of debris on day of delivery. Exclusions:Customs duties, taxes, storage and storage handling charges, agriculture and quarantine inspection charges or fumigation if ordered. Split or abnormal deliveries. Above first floor deliveries. Heavy items such as safes and pianos requiring additional manpower or equipment. Assembly of flat packed furniture. Services requiring professional trade persons. Additional charges for deliveries above first floor will be dependant
upon number of floors. Baggage items are restricted to cartons and
suitcases not above 6cuft which can be delivered by one man only.
